In my garage there is a big red couch. My big red couch is a place of solitude where I retreat (in my mind) when I need some peace and quiet. The couch really does exist but it is heaped with camping gear at the moment so it is not somewhere I can physically sit. I will squat here in the bloggosphere until I get the use of My Big Red Couch back.

Old enough to know better but young enough to try. Tattooed biker with two beautiful daughters who I am certain will grow up to give me trouble and a beautiful wife who is teaching them, by example, exactly how to do it. They are the loves of my life and I adore them (singularly and together). I do too much. I am heavily involved in the local motorcycle community, I teach motorcycle classes, I teach at UAA, I am a Professional Land Surveyor and I work (sometimes) at 106.5 KWHL. I like to read and write when I have time which I am making more of the busier I get. Recently I have fallen in love with the Ukulele (it's not just for really tall deceased falsetto guys anymore). I recently started local work with the organization Men Against Breast Cancer.
